What players say about the rarest ending
How many endings does The Plant Shop have?
The Plant Shop has three endings, and each one is its own Steam achievement: Good Ending, Bad Ending and Secret Ending.. The store page lists multiple endings as a feature, and the achievement list is the only official place that names them.
The unlock rates show how often players reach each one. In our Steam snapshot from 2026-09-20, 59.4% of players had the Good Ending, 48.6% had the Bad Ending and 15.2% had the Secret Ending.59.4%, 48.6% and 15.2% of players had the three endings. The three numbers add up to more than 100% because one player can hold several of them, so read each rate as the share of players who have seen that ending at least once, not as the share who saw it first.
In the tracker above, all of The Plant Shop endings follow the spoiler switch at the top of the page. With your eyes shut a card only shows that an ending exists. Peek shows the official achievement text. Wide open adds what players say about reaching the rarest one.
How long it takes to see every ending
The developer describes the game as short, about two hours, and priced it at $4.49 during the launch discount.
Seeing all The Plant Shop endings takes more than one run. One creator recorded a 100% run as two videos: about an hour for a playthrough that reaches the Good and Secret endings, and 1 hour 17 minutes for a second playthrough that reaches the Bad Ending.about an hour for a playthrough that reaches two endings, and 1 hour 17 minutes for a second playthrough that reaches the third. A no-commentary video that shows all endings runs 1 hour 5 minutes, and a streamed run with every ending and the secret came in at just over two hours, chat included.

The demo is not a shortcut. It covers Day 1 only, 10 to 15 minutes, and stops before the story reaches an ending. See what the full game adds.
The story behind The Plant Shop endings
The Plant Shop is a cozy horror game. You play Silvia, a 26-year-old with a corporate job during the day who opens her own small plant shop on the late-night shift. Customers order flowers, plants or cacti, and you craft each order from a pot, soil, a seed and water.

The horror comes from the town. Customers talk about a curse that struck it 30 years ago, and as the shifts go on Silvia starts to see and hear strange things. The official description leaves the question open: is the curse real, or just an old legend? The endings are where the game answers it, which is why their details stay behind the spoiler switch here.
Two choices that sit next to the endings
Two achievements describe choices rather than endings, and both are easy to miss: Save Liam, which 31.0% of players have, and Too Curious, at 21.0%.: one held by 31.0% of players and one at 21.0%. Save Liam asks you to take Liam with you when escaping. Too Curious asks you to enter the backdoor on Day 1.What each choice asks of you is a light story spoiler. Peek to read it. We have not yet checked whether either choice changes which ending you get, so we do not claim it does.
What players say about the Secret Endingrarest ending
The Secret EndingOne ending is the rarest of the three at 15.2%, and several Steam discussion threads opened on launch day ask how to reach it.
Those threads point to eyes hidden around the shop. One player asked where the eyes are on the third shop level, and another asked where all the eyes are for each day. A player who reached the Secret Ending posted a step-by-step guide with pictures, first in Spanish with an English version promised, and replies in those threads link to it. The reports do not agree on how the eyes are counted: one thread says one eye a day and six in total, while the picture guide groups them by place in the shop. Until we have checked it in the game, treat any single list of eye locations as a claim, not a fact. The next part describes how players say the rarest ending is reached. Set spoilers to Wide open to read it.
